The award-winning Big Fish Little Fish family rave is making a return to Norwich! Following a series of sold-out events, this iconic family-friendly rave promises an unforgettable experience.

• Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Event Highlights:

• Performers: Enjoy sets from Deep Blue/2 Bad Mice, DJ Trax (Moving Shadow/Rave/Drum and Bass), and Paul Fistfunk Crowley on percussion.
• Activities: Expect giant balloons, confetti cannons, a bubble machine, a snow machine, amazing lighting (no strobes), face painting by Filigree, delicious cakes by Cakes From The Hart, and the popular parachute dance.
• Theme: “Out Of This World” (Fancy dress is optional but encouraged).

Details:

• For: Families with younger children (8 and under), though older siblings are welcome.
• Tickets: £11 for adults, £9 for children, and free for pre-walking infants (but still require a ticket). Each person in your group needs a ticket.
• Important: Adults must be accompanied by a child. A maximum of 3 children per adult and 4 adults per child (with pre-approval). Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can’t attend, email infoeast@bigfishlittlefishevents.co.uk to help with resale.
• Safety: The event is stewarded and risk-assessed. Music is kept at a safe level for young ears, and ear defenders are optional but recommended for very sensitive children.

THERAPY?

Epic Studios in Norwich plays host to an electrifying performance by Therapy?, the acclaimed Northern Irish rock band. Formed in 1989 in Larne by guitarist-vocalist Andy Cairns and drummer-vocalist Fyfe Ewing, Therapy? quickly made a name for themselves with their raw, powerful sound.

Therapy? first gained prominence with their 1992 deal with A&M Records, releasing landmark albums such as Troublegum (1994) and Infernal Love (1995). Over the years, the band has undergone several lineup changes, with Graham Hopkins and Martin McCarrick joining post-Ewing, and Neil Cooper replacing Hopkins in 2002. Despite these shifts, Therapy? has remained a core trio and is now signed to Marshall Records.
