ABC are once again, striving to get ahead of the game with the introduction of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology to give customers a quicker and more efficient way of booking their everyday journeys.
For customers that have made a previous booking, they will now be offered the option of using our new automated system. The three most frequent pick-up points will be read out and easily chosen by pressing the relevant number on the keypad. Please note that this system can only be used for asap journeys, for customers wanting to pre-book or skip this part then zero can be pressed to speak to a member of the bookings team.
The innovative new system can also be used to check the progress of bookings and also to make cancellations, saving time for both customers and telephonists.
This is just another step to providing customers with a first class customer experience, from the time they pick up the phone to the time they are delivered safely to their destination.
